Ordering / Shipping

We use UPS and USPS for the vast majority of our shipping needs. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive notification and tracking information.

Do you offer other sizes?

We only offer the sizes listed for sale.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

Should the item(s) not work out, simply exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. We offer ground shipping as our primary domestic shipping method. This can take 3-6 business days for your package to be delivered to you once it leaves our shop.

How can I track my order

Upon your order shipping, you will receive tracking information to use to see the estimated delivery date of the carrier being used (UPS or USPS).

Can I change my shipping address before my order ships?

It depends. Please email hello@luvlywilde.com and a customer care team member will let you know what's possible.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns for unused and full-priced items within 14 days of delivery date — as noted by the carrier. We also offer exchanges for same-priced items. All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in it’s original conditions with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email hello@luvlywilde.com with "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line with your order number. You will be provided with a prepaid-label to ship back your item(s).

Once we receive the return and inspect it, the refund will be initiated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Original and return shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

My shipment is delayed. Can I have a refund?

We cannot assume liability for courier delays once an order departs from our warehouse. Regrettably, shipping delays are beyond our control and are frequently encountered in the current business environment. These delays do not qualify your order for a refund. We kindly request that you factor this in when making your purchase.

Can I change the method of shipping after placing my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping speed once the order has been placed.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Original and return shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We do not ship to PO boxes. If your order happens to pass through our system with a PO Box address, it will cause delays.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Product Care & Information

How do I wash my quick dry towels and blankets?

We recommend a machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water using bleach-free laundry detergent followed by a tumble dry with low heat. Avoid the use of fabric softener.

Should I wash my towel or blanket by itself?

Yes, if possible. There is always a chance of color transfer to light-colored items, so always try and wash our towels and blankets by themselves the first 3-4 washes.

To put it simply: quality, creativity, sustainability, and workforce ethics. We live at the beach, so we live the beach life — including caring for it. We also work hard to source the most sustainable materials to leave the smallest impact on our climate and environment.
